“Under One Health Concept” was the theme for the 1st International Congress of Veterinary and Animal Science, which happened at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in December 2022.

The One Health Concept is a holistic approach that recognizes how human, animal, and shared environment health are closely connected. It has become more relevant in recent years. The three-part approach is illustrated by the three circles, which provide sharp but subtle graphic elements to the congress imagery.
